Some people talk about discipline like it's a mystery gene that’s embedded in 5 or 6 out of every 1000 people.  And out of those 5 or 6 people only 2 or 3 can access the power of it.  

When I hear people say they wonder how other people have so much discipline.  I smile and remind myself

that discipline is a choice.  It's something that 100% of every abled-minded person can access.  The people that don't have it, choose not to have it.
