It's hard to believe I'm a grandad, PaPa, times 3.  You learn so many lessons during the various stages of life.

I remember thinking I knew all the questions and had all the answers when I was in my teens and twenties.

In my thirties, I thought the world owed me something because I was smart and I worked hard.

Once I got into my forties,  I realized,  being smart and working hard was only a quarter of the equation.

Now that I'm in my fifties, I'm starting to see the other quarter that makes up half the total equation.

Wow, it took me fifty+ years to realize I only know half the equation and still don't know the answer!  God willing 🤞🏽I will figure out some of the answers over the next fifty years😉😃.

I was told something recently that just stuck and made sense.  “Instead of asking God for the things you want to have, sometimes you have to thank God for the problems you don't have.”

Have a great Friday!

Stay safe
