My Day 8 of Being Great in July.
Woke up at 3:00 am
Returned thanks to God
Took the dogs outside
Finished hanging the outside under deck lights.
No morning workout, completing my light project was a priority

Scheduled- After Work workout- legs - 4x10 of each - diamond seated leg press circuit, single leg dumbbell RDL, dumbbell incline front squat, cable RDL, weighted glute raises, landmine RDL
