Man, I've always been impressed by Women, but they are showing out in the Olympics. I think I've found my new 3rd favorite sport. Everyone that knows me well, knows I’m a Boxing 1st, Track & Field 2nd, Football 3rd, and all other sports 4th type of guy. I think, Rugby has become my new 3rd favorite sport, with a slight preference for women’s Rugby. “Sedrick for the U-S-A” Just watch the Womens Rugby USA vs Australia Bronze medal match and let me know your thoughts in the comment section below.

Woke up at 2:45 am
Returned thanks to God
Took the Dogs out
50oz of water
Went to the public gym to work out - Back/biceps/core.
Read 30 min of Grit
Sauna / Ice Bath later today
