Y'all think I'm a machine that gets up at 3:00 am, gives thanks, meditates, plans, responds to emails, does some sometimes insane workouts, transforms into a productive member of society as a Husband, Dad, Grandad, Friend, and leader of others while maintaining a positive attitude.  Well, y'all are wrong.  I do those things, but they are not programmed actions like a machine.  They are intentional sacrifices I choose to make every single day.  Are there days I fall short? Yes!  Are there days I want to be selfish and don't serve others? Yes! But there is never a day I don't try to be better than the day before, and there is never a day I don't try to be a better version of Vecus.
