Vee’s Inspiration July 15, 2025

Sometimes I forget to say thank you.  Thank you to my mom, Angelina, and my Dad, Vecus Sr., for all the life lessons you taught me.  Thank you to my sister, Nicole, for showing me how to use my hands to defend myself.  Thank you, Barbara, for saving Dad. Thank you to my Aunt Paula and Uncle Jake for treating me like a son.  Thank you to my friends who keep it 100 with me regardless. Thank you to my haters who keep me motivated and ready. Thank you to my kids, who gave me a reason when I wanted to quit.  Thank you to my grandsons, who keep me young. Thank you to Ron and Ivy, Reggie and Brian, who gave me a 2nd home when I was down here struggling on my own.  Thank you to my mentors for showing me a different perspective. Thank you to my mentees for wanting to learn my perspective.  Thank you to my neighbors to my left, Wayne and Karen, to my right, Kim, DJ, and Daryl, and my neighbor Lee for always looking out for me.  Thank you to those who trust me to lead them.  Thank you to the village of people who helped raise me and continue to nurture me.  Thank you to my favorite cuzzos, Brice and Melissa.  Thank you to all my lil sisters, Kashara, Bridget, Tammi, Kaye, Curlissa, Gina, my big brother, Dre, and my lil brothers,  Lk and Calvin. Thank you to my man, Barry, and my Cousin, SG.  Thank you to my Friends and family who constantly support and pray for me.  Thank you to my co-workers. Thank you to my wife for always having my back and keeping me in her prayers of protection. Thank you to my Gemini twin for always being here with me.  Last but certainly not least, thank you, Lord God, for all the lessons and blessings.  I remain thankful and humbled.
