I use to share my workouts all the time. I stopped sharing for no special reason. Sure, if you’re a member of Vee’s Fitness you get TheVee20, meal plans, and various workouts, but those aren’t the workouts I always do for myself. I’m going to start sharing @ vecus.net and @ Vee’s Inspiration my journey back to great fitness. Feel free to share your comments @ vecus.net under Vee’s journey.
Warning…. I’ve been cleared by my doctors to get back to my training intensity. If you choose to follow some of my routines, check with your doctor first.
Part 1 - my Fitness Goals
Run a 6 minute mile during a 2-mile run
150 push-ups straight
500 seated weighted crunches straight
500 air squats straight
1000 jumping jacks straight
Dead hang for 3 min
100 tire flips (150lb tire) straight
5min straight arm plank
100 laps on my backyard run course
50 laps in my pool

Saturday-Day-1
7 sets of 15 reps incline push-ups
7 sets of 20 reps-tricep press down
7 sets of 20 reps-tricep extensions
3 sets of 50 reps-weighted seated crunches
2 sets of 4 min heavy bag hitting
10 driveway laps of weighted sled push.
