Lord, I ask for your continued blessing and protection for my friends and family.  Lord, I ask for mental peace and clarity during a time of uncertainty.  Lord,  I ask for patience and understanding during a time of confusion.  Lord, I ask for mental and emotional strength during times of weakness.  Lord,  I ask for mercy and forgiveness during the times of my missteps.  Lord, I ask for strength during the times I feel like giving up.  Thank you, Lord, for this day and this moment.
