Vee’s Inspiration February 4, 2025
Yesterday was a long day. Yesterday morning I overslept, yup, I woke up at 5:00 am and was like damn. I guess the stress of losing my phone and IDs last week, coupled with a full day of helping the girls get settled in their new home on Saturday followed by us getting our house chores done on Sunday took me out. Last night was a short sleep night for me. We fell asleep at 10 pm after the 2nd night of trying to finish watching the movie Kraven.
My Tuesday…
My internal clock woke me up at 2 am. I gave thanks for waking up this morning, I took the dogs out, checked some emails, caught up on my current events, planned my work day, planned the workout for the client I’m training this morning, did my workout, (leg day Tuesday), showered, did a 45 min client training session, fed the dogs, headed out to the office by 7:15 am. I plan to positively impact 3-5 people at work today and hope to leave by 5pm. Get home by 6:15 pm, complete 45 min of Cardio/ Hiit. Finish dinner and dishes by 7:45 pm, after which I start my 24-hour Tuesday Night to Wednesday Night Fast. Read for 30 minutes, iron my clothes for Wednesday, and maybe we finish watching Kraven. Hope to be asleep by 9:30 pm with a 3:30 am Wednesday wake up for a 4:15 am gym training session. Just another day…. “Life is about choices, I choose to work hard”- Vecus
