Sometimes sports stories mimic the lessons we learn in life.
Yesterday we learned hard work and perseverance can be rewarding.
Yesterday we learned people's opinions matter and are important, but they should not be the definition we define ourselves by.
Yesterday we learned underdog is a relative term which is defined differently by the person using the term and the person or team being defined by the term.
Yesterday we learned there is good, very good, and then there’s elite.
Yesterday we learned confidence is a powerful asset when used properly.
Yesterday we learned one’s successful history does not matter when it comes to executing in the present.
Take all of these lessons and ROLL them together and you get a TIDE of wisdom that will serve you well in business as well as in life.
Today is Anissia’s Momma's birthday!
Happy Birthday, Momma! We've been having a great time with her in Biloxi. I pray she enjoyed her Birthday trip, we enjoyed being here with her.
