Vee’s Inspiration December 29, 2023

Happy Friday!   Enjoy this last official weekday workday of the year.  If you are on vacation,  enjoy your time away.  

Make sure you get some rest and relaxation,  2024 is going to be a great year.  There will be a lot of opportunities and you will need to be mentally and physically rested so that you can take full advantage of all of them.  

To the people who have believed in me, encouraged me,  prayed for me, shot it straight to me, been there for me during the difficult times.  I try to remember to say it at that moment, but if I didn't, thank you,  I appreciate you.

To my wife, Anissia, thank you your support and Real Talk.  Thank you for being that weight that keeps me balanced.  I appreciate your words of encouragement when I'm being too hard on myself or expecting too much.  I'm proud of your “Designs by Niecy” Brand that has quietly grown.  Keep up the great work.  I love you.  

To that quiet guy, who has been Rockin' with me since Day 1 with Vee’s Fitness.  You don't ever hear about him but he’s always around.  There are not many people that understand how I work and the the way I work, but he does.  From the late-night to the early-morning text messages with ideas for the website to the behind-the-scenes stuff he does.  My man S.G.  Thank you for the pictures, the ideas, and all the intangibles you bring to the table with Vee’s Fitness.   Most importantly, thank you for believing in me.  2024 is going to be a good year😉

Lord, 

I'd be remiss if I did not give all thanks to you.  For the strength I have flows from you. The health I have is because of you. The blessing that have been bestowed on me is because of your grace.  I'm am thankful and appreciative of all things you have enabled me to obtain and thankful for all the hard lessons that I had to learn.  I ask that you continue to increase me in the manner that you see fit, that I may go out and help others in a manner that honors you.
