I'm so sorry for the pain and loss you’re feeling right now. I'd say I understood how you feel, but I can't. I can't understand your personal feeling of aloneness. That feeling that screams “no words can comfort me!”

I'm so sorry I can't take the questions away. The question of “why her” or “why now” or “what do I do next”
My guy,
I wish I had the power to remove this hurt from your mind, your heart, and your body. I wish I had said something more profound when you told me about the possibility the other day. I wish I could've helped you in some secret magical way.

I'm here for you. I'll be the one that stands in the breach while you mourn. I'll be the one that will listen when it's not cool for a man to cry. I'll be the one to walk quietly next to you as your soul heals from this tear.

I'm so sorry for your loss, for our loss. But we will continue this walk together, at your pace. Slowly if we need to. Stopping when we have to. But we will continue this together.
