We make sacrifices for important things. Make sure the important things include mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
Take 1-2 hours per day for self-care. It might be reading, writing, meditating, exercising, hobbing, or anything that does not harm others and promotes self-healing.
Trust me, it makes a difference.
