Tuesday August 30th, 2022

I tried it yesterday... I was off from work. So I went to the gym, trained a client, went to my doctor's appointment, came home, and got back into bed. I watched Mission Impossible 3 & 4, listened to my audiobook, had an early dinner, and around 7 pm shut it down for the night. I woke back up at 11:30 pm, tried to go back to sleep, and finally got back up at 1:00 am. This morning I feel stiff, tired, and if I'm being honest, a little grumpy🤣. I've heard people say the best days are those lazy do-nothing days... I guess I'm just different. I need to get up, move around and do things. I might be tired, but I feel better physically and mentally when I move around. I like it when at the end of the day I'm “dead tired”. Unless I'm sick, I can't just lay around. I guess that's my blessing and my curse😉.

No Worries... I've already corrected my slightly grumpy😒attitude. The gym has a way of fixing all bad attitudes😁.
