Leg day at the gym…

Sometimes you just have to get into that mindset and get it!
The ladies did it today!

They did this before their 4 sets of leg press

  • 4 sets of barbell squats,

  • 4 sets of barbell deadlifts, -2 sets of barbell split squats

The following was the final sets of 4 sets on the leg press

  • Anissia 10 plates on the Leg press for 10 reps

  • Urshalar 8 plates on the leg press for 11 reps
    (she did 9 and tried to stop so I had her do 2 more😜)

  • Curlissa 8 plates on the leg press for 11 reps
    ( she said she ain’t no punk 🤦🏽)

And they finished with.,.

  • 10 reps 10sec rest, 20reps 20sec rest, 30reps 40 sec rest,
    40reps - for leg extension and leg curl

Great job ladies y’all killed it💪🏽
