I woke up this morning feeling grateful and appreciative. I've had some ups and downs health-wise this year, but I'm committed to remaining positive and doing the smart things.
What are some of these smart things?
Giving thanks to God every morning and being grateful every night.
Trying to get 6 hours of sleep every day
Trying to drink 128oz of water every day
Trying to walk 15,000 steps every day
Trying to lose 10% of my body weight
Trying to keep all things in the proper perspective and minimize stress
Trying to learn something new every day
Trying to encourage 5 people every day
Trying to eat 70% fruit every day
Trying to work out 5-6 days every week
Trying to be a better son, father, husband, friend every day
Trying to remain open to new things every day
Trying to say thank you more every day
Trying to listen without bias
Trying to be still when I'm frustrated
Trying to forge a path for others
Trying to fulfill my purpose
