I woke up this morning feeling grateful and appreciative. I've had some ups and downs health-wise this year, but I'm committed to remaining positive and doing the smart things.

What are some of these smart things?

  • Giving thanks to God every morning and being grateful every night.

  • Trying to get 6 hours of sleep every day

  • Trying to drink 128oz of water every day

  • Trying to walk 15,000 steps every day

  • Trying to lose 10% of my body weight

  • Trying to keep all things in the proper perspective and minimize stress

  • Trying to learn something new every day

  • Trying to encourage 5 people every day

  • Trying to eat 70% fruit every day

  • Trying to work out 5-6 days every week

  • Trying to be a better son, father, husband, friend every day

  • Trying to remain open to new things every day

  • Trying to say thank you more every day

  • Trying to listen without bias

  • Trying to be still when I'm frustrated

  • Trying to forge a path for others

  • Trying to fulfill my purpose
