No Cap, this morning is the best I've felt since my surgery. Thank you to those that sent prayers and the “checking in on you” texts. Back on the field today, but I'm gonna take it slow, only going to go 60%.

Be mindful of the freezing weather, layers are the key. Don’t forget black ice is real!
