I had a development session with one of my Division Managers yesterday. We discussed different approaches
to managing larger organizations, and the positive impact of empowering one's team members.

Yesterday evening I received a text message from this Division stating they appreciated the session.
They also indicated one of the methods I discussed personally resonated with them. Since this Division found it impactful,
I figured I’d share it...

I'm sure this sentiment has been expressed by others so it's not a “Vecus saying”,

“Making a mistake is not failure, it’s learning a different way”

Sometimes we don't realize the subtle impact we have on others. We also don't realize the extent people pay attention to the things we say and the things we do.
