Sometimes it doesn't take much to awaken some tough memories.  We saw Creed III yesterday.  It had that one long scene that got me... if you already saw it, you might know the scene I'm referring to,  if you didn't,  I won't spoil it for you...

Be mindful of your words, they can be sharper than knives and sometimes the damage can't be repaired.
