Unfortunately, I won't be able to have “The1015” this month. For those that don't know, I do a FitCamp once a month designed to bring people together to do some fitness activities and have a little fun. Instead of FitCamp, this month I'll be doing a “TheChallenge”
I missed the first week due to hurricane Ian so this will extend to November 4th
Wk 1- 10/8-10/14
Wk 2-10/15-10/21
Wk 3- 10/22-10/28
Wk 4- 10/29-11/4
Each day as one part of my workout, I will complete the following:
50-Push-ups
50-Air Squats
50-Crunches
50-High knee to elbow
Each week I will increase by 50. By week 4, I will be doing 200 of each exercise.
I'd love for everyone to join “TheChallenge”. Feel free to start where you are comfortable.
Beginners- start at 10 for each exercise and increase 10 each week
Intermediate- start at 20 for each exercise and increase 20 each week
Advanced- start at 50 for each exercise and increase 25 each week
